A folding system stacks its leaves against the reveal, which is the only way to clear close to 100% of the structural opening. Configurations are specified by leaf count and stacking direction, with a traffic door so you are not folding the set back every time you step outside.
Running gear sits in the head or the cill depending on the system. We set and adjust it on site, then re-check the alignment before signing off.
